More options in the forum.

To me this forum lacks the various materials:
1: General Chat.
2: Ban Appeals.
3: Donation support.
4: A actual link for The Sign Up Page, Which both me and Uryu posted on the forum, put on the front page. As well as the realm list.
5: Rules.
6:Maybe some music?

The last one is a suggestion. The first five are not. However I am not commanding. I'm just putting it known that we may need these in the future and for the sake of the server.
