Chat Box Activation

I thought this would be a nice Addition to many things. Since the forums is one way to chat. Why not give people the way to chat within the forums using the "Chat box"? I say lets give it a try. All Chat box administrators are the Moderators and Administrators of the forums. GO to your administrative panel to see the commands.

I think that would be cool Chat box! ( that is like a shoutbox right?)
