should the server be RP or regular

ok so here is the question as we start to grow. should we be a RP server where you have to be "in character" or just regular. if it were to be RP only Admins could be captain level chars such as Hitsugaya

where as if we go reg it wont matter.

I think RP would be cool but it discourages people who don't know about bleach

wow nothing? someone has to have an opinion on if this should be a In char server or not. If no one says anything I have to decide myself. no one likes that =D

Lets make it a RPPVP server. That way its equal.

The hidden question here is: Do you want quality or quantity? Having both is a little difficult. Unless you can convince somewhat avid Bleach fans to play WoW.

It'd be a bit more fun doing it in an RP way. But that's just my input on the matter.

Personally, I don't know much (if any) about Bleach, but I'd be willing to learn.
