RP server from now on

so here is the word. after polling random members of the server. by a vote of 7-1 we are now RP server which means in Char at all times with reservation to *OOC* at the beging of all chats that are not in character

1st violation warning
2nd violation 10 min ban
3rd violation 3 hour ban
4th violation total ban

all bans can be disputed in there proper forum. because everyone makes mistakes
